Materials

Here’s what you’ll need:

8 ½” x 11” (or larger) piece of felt per banner
Two ½” x 12” pieces contrasting felt for ties
2” x 9” (or longer) piece of contrasting felt for border
Scissors
Chalk
Pressing cloth
Iron
Ironing surface
Additional Materials for No-Sew Pennant:
