Materials
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Liquid starch like Purex Sta-Flo
- Clear Elmer's glue
- Fine glitter
- Fine pigments or cosmetic-grade mica powder - Faith uses Vitory brand
- Three glass bowls
- Spoon
