  • Scissors
  • Embroidery thread in a variety of colors
  • Paper embroidery spools
  • Small scrap of foam core
  • Thread
  • Brooch backings (for boutonnieres)
  • Large safety pins (for boutonnieres)
  • Belt buckles (for boutonnieres)
  • Small bits of suede or gold leather (optional; for boutonnieres)
  • Wooden beads (optional; for boutonnieres)
  • Baker’s twine (for cake topper)
  • Bamboo skewers (for cake toppers)
  • Cloth napkins (vintage or new)
  • Large wooden dowel (for wall hanging)
  • About 1200 yards of bulky yarn (Jillian and Kristina used about 10 skeins of Patons Roving for their wall hanging)
  • Basic craft or acrylic paint and paintbrush (for wall hanging)
