Here’s what you’ll need:
Tools and Materials:
  • Silk top in a light color
  • Silk swatches for testing colors
  • Jacquard Dye-na-Flow paint in a variety of colors (Anna uses 802 Golden Yellow, 830 White, 804 Salmon, 821 Brass and 820 Emerald Green)
  • Flat paint brush
  • Rounded paintbrush
  • Water for cleaning brushes
  • Stamp ink pad filled with permanent fabric-safe ink (Anna uses a stamp ink pad from Yellow Owl Workshop)
  • Rubber stamp
  • Stamp and stamp ink
  • Canvas or other bleed-proof material to go inside top
  • Ruler
  • Tape
  • Palette for paint
  • Iron and ironing surface
  • Artist canvas or other material for table protection
  • Rag
